1. Nature of AI Services

AICAREERGPT provides AI-based career guidance, personality assessments, simulations, and informational insights only.

All guidance and outputs are generated based on user inputs and responses to integrated assessment tools.

These services do not guarantee admissions, placements, career success, salaries, or rankings.

The services do not replace professional counselors, psychologists, advisors, or certified experts.

All decisions taken are solely the user’s responsibility.

2. Scientific Basis & Methodology

The platform uses personality assessment frameworks, mathematical models, and algorithmic logic.

Outputs are indicative, probabilistic, and informational — not definitive or absolute.

3. Limitations of Artificial Intelligence

AI responses may be incomplete, generalized, inaccurate, or biased.Accuracy depends on quality and truthfulness of user data.

Users must validate suggestions independently before acting.

4. Eligibility

Minimum age to use the Services is 13 years.

Users below 18 must have verifiable parental/legal guardian consent.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use services for unlawful or unethical purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse AI systems
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or infringing content

6. Intellectual Property

All AI models, algorithms, content, reports, and software belong exclusively to AICAREERGPT.

A limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license is granted to users.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features require paid subscriptions.

Fees are non-refundable except as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Suspension & Termination

AICAREERGPT may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if:

• Terms are violated
• Required by law
• Platform security is threatened

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, the Company is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Career, academic, or financial outcomes
• User decisions based on AI outputs

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law.

Exclusive jurisdiction lies with courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments are non-refundable once service is accessed.

Refunds may apply only if:

• Payment deducted but service not activated
• Technical error attributable to AICAREERGPT

Refund request window: 7 days

Processing may take up to 21 working days.
